This website is hosted by Host Unlimited. When you visit it, the web server processes technical connection data, particularly your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser information and, where applicable, the previous page. No form entries are transmitted while you type. Drafts remain solely in the open page's memory and are not saved in Local Storage. The same handling purposes apply to email and telephone enquiries. Please provide only information needed for your request.
Legal bases and retention
Enquiries about a possible contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other messages are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering incoming enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Required fields are needed to handle the enquiry; without a working email address we cannot reply by email. Providing data is not a legal requirement. We delete correspondence once the matter is resolved and no contractual, legal or legal-defence retention grounds remain. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Session and protection against abuse
A technically necessary session cookie is used to keep the enquiry process secure. In particular, it protects against form submissions triggered by third parties and is intended to last until the browser session ends. The cookie contains no entered contact details. Storage and access are based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; the related processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. To limit abusive enquiries, a hashed and therefore pseudonymised IP address identifier is used with time and count information for no more than 24 hours. Form contents are not saved in application logs.

This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Images, fonts and scripts are served locally. No map is embedded automatically. Only opening an external map or another external link connects you to the relevant provider; its privacy information then applies. This website does not permanently store personal form drafts in your browser. There is no solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects and no profiling.

Mirnes Resic receives your enquiry. Hosting and email service providers process technical data and messages as needed for operation and delivery. Other recipients are involved only where necessary to fulfil your order, required by law or authorised by your consent.
